Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 3, 2026
Overview
This Privacy Policy explains how PLNR LLC (“PLNR,” “we”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use our software and services (the “Service”). PLNR provides software to auto collision repair shops; in doing so we process information about the shop, its users, and — on the shop’s behalf — its customers.
Information We Collect
Account information: business name, contact name, email, phone, and login credentials.
Shop & estimate data: repair estimates and related records the shop shares with us (for example, through CCC Intelligent Solutions), including customer name, contact details, vehicle, and estimate information.
Messaging data: the content and status of messages sent and received through the Service, and opt-out requests.
Payment information: processed by our payment provider, Stripe. We do not store full card numbers.
Usage data: log and device information generated when you use the Service.
How We Use Information
We use information to provide and operate the Service; to contact a shop’s customers on the shop’s behalf and follow up about their repair; to process payments; to provide support; to maintain security; and to improve the Service. We act as a processor of the shop’s customer data, handling it according to the shop’s instructions.
Messaging
When a shop uses PLNR to message its customers, every message includes opt-out language, and we honor opt-out requests (e.g., “STOP”). Message and data rates may apply to recipients. We do not use customer phone numbers for our own marketing.
How We Share Information
We share information with service providers that help us run the Service, including: Twilio (messaging delivery), CCC Intelligent Solutions (estimate data exchange), Stripe (payments), and our cloud hosting and database providers. We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect rights and safety.
Data Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information, including encryption in transit and at rest and access controls. PLNR stores and processes data on US-based infrastructure (Vercel US-East and Supabase us-east-2) and does not store Secure Share data outside the United States. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Data Retention
We retain information for as long as needed to provide the Service and for legitimate business or legal purposes. A shop may request deletion of its data, subject to legal and operational requirements.
Raw estimate payloads:the verbatim estimate data we receive from CCC ONE (which can include a customer’s name, phone, email, vehicle, and address) is kept only long enough to process it reliably, then automatically purged. We delete these raw payloads within approximately 60 days of receipt, retaining only a non-identifying record needed to avoid processing the same estimate twice.
After your PLNR agreement ends: PLNR is designed to minimize retained CCC data and maintains a defined retention policy. Our policy target is deletion of the data we retrieved through CCC Secure Share within 90 days of termination; automated enforcement of that deletion is tracked as a required production-hardening item before broader customer rollout, and a shop may request deletion of its data at any time.
Your Choices
Shops can access and update account information, and request export or deletion of their data. A shop’s customers can opt out of messages at any time by replying STOP. To make a privacy request, contact us using the details below.
Children
The Service is intended for businesses and is not directed to children under 16.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. We will revise the date above and, where appropriate, provide notice of material changes.
