Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the PLNR software and services (the “Service”) provided by PLNR LLC (“PLNR,” “we,” “us”). By creating an account, subscribing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms on behalf of your business.

PLNR is a business software application for auto collision repair shops. It connects to a shop’s estimating system, helps the shop contact its customers about written estimates, and runs automated follow-up to help convert estimates into booked repairs. Features may change over time as we improve the Service.

You must provide accurate information and are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must be authorized to act on behalf of the business you register.

The Service is sold as a recurring monthly subscription, billed per shop/location at the rate presented at signup. Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until canceled. Payments are processed by our payment provider, Stripe; by subscribing you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. Fees are exclusive of applicable taxes, which you are responsible for.

You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you retain access until then. Except where required by law, fees already paid are non-refundable and we do not provide prorated refunds for partial periods. We may suspend or terminate access for non-payment.

You direct PLNR to send messages (such as SMS) to your customers on your behalf. You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary consent to contact your customers and for complying with applicable laws, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and related regulations. PLNR includes opt-out handling (e.g., “STOP”) and will not knowingly message a customer who has opted out. You remain the controller of your customer data; we process it to provide the Service.

You agree not to misuse the Service, including: sending unlawful, deceptive, or harassing messages; uploading data you lack the right to use; attempting to disrupt or reverse engineer the Service; or using it to violate any law or third-party rights.

The Service integrates with third parties such as CCC Intelligent Solutions (estimate data), Twilio (messaging), and Stripe (payments). Your use of those integrations may also be subject to their terms. We are not responsible for third-party services.

The Service, including all software and content we provide, is owned by PLNR and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service during your subscription. You retain ownership of your data.

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific results, including any particular capture rate, revenue, or booking outcome. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PLNR will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or lost profits or revenue. Our total liability for any claim arising out of the Service will not exceed the amounts you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or for non-payment. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends; sections that by their nature should survive will survive.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which PLNR LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
