How does it connect to CCC ONE?
Through CCC Secure Share. Once PLNR is available to enable in your CCC ONE account, you approve exactly what’s shared from inside CCC ONE, and you can turn it off any time.
Is the messaging compliant?
Yes. PLNR follows up by text and email, every message includes opt-out language, and we honor STOP automatically (TCPA). The moment a customer replies — on either channel — automation pauses and a human takes over. Texts run on a verified Twilio number.
What does it cost me in texts or email?
Nothing extra — text and email follow-up are both included in your plan. And every advisor at the shop is included; we never charge per seat.
