How a customer opts in

A customer opts in to texts by checking this box on the booking form at https://getplnr.com/book. The box starts unchecked. The booking is completed whether or not the customer checks it. If the box stays unchecked, no text is sent.

The label is the same text the booking form shows. [Shop Name] is the name of the repair shop on that form. Checking the box on this page does not opt anyone in. Opt-in is recorded only when a customer checks it on the booking form and submits.
